COSTA RICA TAXES: NEW 13% VALUE ADDED TAX (VAT)
July 1st, 2019 Costa Rica agreed on the new tax VAT. Added around the board on all products and services. Costa Rica being one of the most expensive and posh countries in Central America, with the new added 13% might make it a little more expensive.
