Vacation rental rules are check-in at 2:30 pm and check-out at 11:00 am. Parties may be allowed upon inquiry; smoking is permitted outside only. No pets, but children are welcome. The primary renter must be 18 or older. Maximum occupancy is 14 adults. Security deposit required via credit card. Rental Policies

Reserve Vacation Rental
RESERVATION POLICY: Clients must provide a valid credit or debit card to complete their reservation. For stays of 1 to 3 nights, we require payment for one night upfront. Premium Packages require 50% of the listed price. Once payment is confirmed, the service will be reserved. Reservations are not transferable. Traveling with children: There’s no additional charge for children under 5. There’s an extra $50 per night charge for children five and older.
CANCELLATION POLICY: 70% if canceled more than 90 days before arrival, 50% if canceled between 90 and 60 days before arrival, and 0% if canceled between 60 and 0 days before arrival. Christmas and New Year Peak Season and monthly reservations are not subject to deposit refund schedules.
LIABILITY POLICY: Jaco Premium Groups is NOT responsible for damages or injuries occurring intentionally or through negligence of the client during our administration of locations, tours, and contracted activities.
